Here he comes - mean, ruthless, efficient and very scary. Instilling fear and trepidation into the school community - and he's coming to a school near you, very soon. So get out the battle plans, dig the trenches and brief the artillery. Break open the gas masks and buy in a good supply of suppositories.

How Many OFSTED inspectors does it take to change a light bulb?
None, they merely advise that the bulb's performance is not satisfactory or better.
